I stumbled across this today on fffound and had to post it. It’s wonderfully simple piece of communication, breaking down the Beatles ‘Hey Jude’ into a compact flow chart. Brilliant!

Just for a heads up the blog will be taking a pit stop for the next couple of weeks. In the meantime be sure to check out some of the updates on our website, which are due to land throughout the rest of the month. Easy.
fixing your images
August 8, 2007
James Hays and Alexei Efros from Carnegie Mellon University have developed an algorithm to help people who want to remove bits of photographs. Soon anyone with a digital camera will be able to literally ‘erase out’ any unwanted parts within their in photographs, by using technology which scans popular sites like flickr, for the replacement elements. It can even replace features like light sources, colour variation and specific camera angles in any given photo, as well as specific objects like buildings or people. The team eventually aims to build online image libraries that anyone can use to edit their favourite or worst snaps.
Nice photos!
